Welcome to My World of Colour, Craft, and Creativity

Hi, I’m Anna, the maker behind this colourful journey of handmade crafts. I’ve been creating for many years, and my passion lies in the vibrant world of gemstone, wood, and glass jewelry, Kewpie Dolls, crochet hats and shawls, tie-dye bags, and more.

For me, colour is not just a visual delight—it’s an emotional experience. Bright colours uplift, while subtle tones soothe. Just like music, colours can shape our mood and energy.

The Magic of Gemstones

Gemstones are natural gifts from the earth, holding within them a reminder of what we often overlook. Take Tiger’s Eye, for example—it symbolizes personal power. Wearing or carrying it helps us channel confidence and boldness. Amethyst, on the other hand, brings calmness, a reminder to find peace amidst life’s chaos. Each gemstone I use has a story to tell and energy to share.

My Love for Wool and Yarn

When I crochet, the bright hues and textures of wool fill me with joy. Every hat I make is crafted with care, incorporating a variety of styles, colours, and sizes. Elastic is often woven through to ensure comfort and stability. My shawls, usually triangular, are a blend of warmth and elegance, perfect for any occasion.

The Playful Kewpie Dolls

A timeless icon, Kewpie Dolls began their journey in the early 20th century and have since become a canvas for creativity. I take plain plastic Kewpies and turn them into vibrant, one-of-a-kind pieces, each with its own theme, colours, and personality. Every doll comes with its own wooden stand, ready to brighten up your space.

Tie-Dye Adventures

Tie-dye is where colours truly take on a life of their own! Each of my bags showcases an unexpected yet mesmerizing design, ranging from soft, floral patterns to striking sunbursts. Every bag I make is as unique as the colours that inspire them.

A word about elastic bracelets…

I’ve found, over the years, that a well secured elastic bracelet is the most comfortable and longest lasting. In addition to the knot in the elastic, I apply glue as well.

You can preserve the life of your elastic bracelet by not wearing it in water, or by pulling too roughly when you put it on and take it off.
