To ensure your Livity Original pieces last for years to come, please follow these care guidelines:

• Avoid Water: Please remove all jewellery (especially items with leather, wood, or silver plating) before showering, swimming, or washing dishes. Water can damage elastic bonds and tarnish metal components.

• Elastic Bracelets: To preserve the elasticity, roll the bracelet gently onto your wrist rather than pulling or stretching it roughly.

• Storage: Store necklaces flat or hung up to prevent kinking. Store sterling silver earrings in a dry place.

• First Wash: Please wash your tote separately in cold water for the first wash to ensure no residual dye is released.

• Regular Care: Machine wash cold with like colors. Line dry in the shade to prevent sun-fading. Iron on a cotton setting if desired.

• Washing: Handwash or machine wash on a gentle/delicate cycle only using mild detergent and cool water.

• Drying: Do not use a tumble dryer. Gently reshape the hat and lay it flat to dry.

What does "OOAK" mean? OOAK stands for One-of-a-Kind. When you purchase a Livity Original—whether it's a doll, a tote bag, or a gemstone necklace—you are buying a unique creation. We do not mass-produce designs. While we may use similar themes (like our Australian Heritage Collection), no two pieces are ever identical.

Are your materials genuine? Yes, we value transparency.

• Gemstones: We use genuine gemstones (like Amethyst, Jasper, and Turquoise) unless stated otherwise.

• Metals: We use high-quality silver and gold plating for most charms and findings. Our premium earrings feature genuine Sterling Silver hooks (stamped 925), which is always noted in the description.

• Upcycled Items: Occasionally, we create fun pieces from reclaimed materials (like our Bling Revival bracelet). These are clearly marked as upcycled.

Do you accept returns? As an artisan studio, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
